Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy – Pet Ready

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for products returned in their original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@petready.in with your order details. You will need to ship the product to:

3. Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at contact@petready.in  within the 7 day window.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Timeframe

If your return is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.


Exchanges

We only replace and exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Upon approval, we will deliver the replacement within 7–10 business days.
